General Rental Rates
$150.00 for 3 hours
$50.00 for each additional hour

Restrictions: no kitchen included, no moving tables or extensive decorating.

Additional services available: bartender, kitchen access w/ helper

Catering or banquet services available for additional costs.

Any Golf Outing that uses banquet services afterward will receive the shelter fee waived.

Interested in renting for a wedding? Rental for a wedding includes a Valley View helper in charge of kitchen use, a full day access for $700. Assistance is available for directions on decorating and moving tables.
